Delivery & Shipping Costs

Orders of See You At One are dispatched every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday by 5pm SGT and are shipped with Singapore Post or Aramex for Zone 1, Q-Delivery for Zone 2 and 3, and DHL or Aramex for Zone 4. We will send you the tracking link once a purchase is made. Current costs are as follows:

Zone 1 (Singapore)

Self Pick-up At See You At One Studio 

You can opt for self pick-up for no cost 

Please allow us 1-2 working days to prepare your order and we will update when the date and time for collection

Zone 2 (Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Brunei)

5-15 working days

SGD 10 flat (free shipping above SGD100) 

Zone 3 (Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, China, and the rest of Southeast Asia)

5-15 working days

SGD 12 flat (free shipping above SGD100) 

Zone 4 (The rest of the world)

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

Return & Exchange Policy

You are entitled to return or exchange goods ordered from See You At One within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Our team must approve your request before you can ship your purchase back to us. To do so, p
lease send us an e-mail with your full name, address, item description, and reason for return.

Items must be returned to us in perfect condition. Please note that all price tags, labels, stickers must also remain intact—otherwise, we will not process it.

 

You may ship the return with your carrier of choice but please also note that we will not bear the return shipping cost. We recommend you to get a tracking number in case of theft, loss, or damage during delivering the return to us.

Items cannot be returned and exchanged again once a request has been made.

 

Refund

Your refund will be credited back to whatever payment method you selected via Paypal. Please note that the refund will be issued within 14 days after the return has been received, only if an email was sent to us prior and has been approved by our team. 

Exchange

If you would like to make any exchange that differs from your original purchase, we will not bear the difference if the price of the new item is lower than your initial purchase.
 

Please note that a deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.

Quality control

We will accept returns and exchanges if the item is faulty, or does not meet the item description or order. We have all rights to make the final decision for all returns and exchanges.
